MPW Up 30%

I shared this stock in January 2024.
Last night it shot up 30%.

My student made 62.39% + roughly 10% dividend yield AFTER 30% tax.

How did we do it ? - Value Investing

We bought the company at PB 0.2, with D score near 1.0, and at the same time it was paying us 10% dividend yield, even after 30% tax !!! How beautiful is that ?

The price was so low,
so the risk was so low,
so the dividend yield was so high,
and the potential growth was so high !

We did not know where the stock price will go, we just knew it was cheap, and the D score was close to a 1. That’s all I knew.
